How do I confirm my device is authentic?
Scratch the silver label on the box. Enter the code at tankdlabs.com/verify. The page will show batch details, test date, and a green check if everything is valid.
Where are your lab reports?
Visit tankdlabs.com/lab-results. Click any flavor card to open its most recent report. We include cannabinoid profile, heavy metal data, residual solvent results, and the testing lab’s signature.
Do you sell direct from the website?
We do not sell direct. Each flavor page includes a Buy button that links to authorized partners with live inventory.
My vape tastes burnt or seems clogged. What can I do?
Warm the device in your hand for a minute, then take a gentle primer puff. If that fails, contact the shop where you purchased it. Still stuck? Use our contact form with photos and we will troubleshoot or replace.
Can I get a refund from Tankd?
Start with your retailer for the quickest resolution. If they cannot help, send us the purchase receipt, batch ID, and photos. We review every case and offer replacement or credit when appropriate.
How should I recycle the device?
Drop it at an electronics recycling center or a dispensary that accepts vape returns. The built-in lithium cell should not go in household trash.
How many puffs can I expect?
A two-milliliter Tankd disposable delivers around six hundred puffs. The count depends on draw length, frequency, and battery charge level.
